  9. While I'm on topic... My Lady and I just celebrated our 7th Anniversary, which just happens to be on Halloween, and she was sneaky enough to contact our dear Shiverbones herself. She was really quite proud of herself and I, of course, was absolutely bowled over by my gift from her: Fully framed and perfectly matted: In proper context, on our mantle: Curiously enough, the gargolye and skull were not props for the photo -- we have them there year round! It looks really great bookended like that, but I'll eventually hang it "officially" near the entrance to our computer room (aka: my collectible vault and "secret lair"). *BRAVO, Matt!* ... and especially much <3 for my gal.
  10. Whoa, we certainly need a hearty here! I commissioned Matt to make a companion piece to my "Your Fortune is Good" awhile back. It made its way into 10/31 Vol.4, but I hadn't shared it here yet... you know, a nod towards the finer things. "Cheers, My Good Man!": (thumbs u

  12. Nice subs! (thumbs u I've been told that I need to share more often... ok sure, as I was very pleased w/ my last bundle from FL. Oddball "Cerebral Palsy Association" promotional edition: Last Wrightson Swampy: 1 of 3 in census, ties highest graded -- for my Registry Set: 1 of 5 in census, 1 of 2 w/ WP for top slot (I own 3 of the total 5) -- for my Registry Set: ... and one other around here somewhere.
  13. I caught our Queen City, Buffalo-Con this weekend. I wasn't in a huge buying mood, but scored a few winners... GS ASM #4; 3rd Punisher: ... and of course, my Con buying wouldn't be complete without indulging my D&D youth w/ some Sword & Sorcery B.A. titles! Conan #2 beater, a sharp Kull #2, a pair of HG CotL titles -- #22 (1st Thongor ) and #29:
  14. +1 Solid info -- gotta love the Boards! (thumbs u
  15. Wow, that IS a really cool looking book. I'm not familar w/ this classic-Key title; so like a Turok, Kamandi, Thundarr-style motif? Some post-apocalpyse-genre, might-and-magic sweetness! (thumbs u (thumbs u
