Some of these were posted in the 2008 buys thread, but I just scanned them for my own records, so here they are again!

The Sandman Absolutes are really really nice, I highly recommend them. Even if you already own all the singles, the trades and the original hardcovers like I do. mike

Great book, one of my favorites. Too bad mine don't look like that. The one I have has a big piece missing from the top. Agreed, super cool book. I bid on one with slightly brittle pages last year, but I wasnt willing to go too high for that page quality. This copy is amazing though!

Hey...my old "coffee can" copy.... glad you still own it, Mike (thumbs u it sure is purty Steve I expect to still own this copy for decades! I should really rescan it with my new scanner though... that old scan doesnt do the colors justice.

HT #12 has a horror element to it that somewhat represents what would become the norm in the 50s.

I should probably have it pressed up to 9.0...

Awesome books everyone! Here is my humble contribution. I should note that it was seeing some of nearmint's awesome books that got me started on Nedors. I have one more, but dont have a scan handy. Looking forward to many more!

I know nothing about book collecting, but I assume these are all brutally rare and will cause jaws to drop.

Awesome book, and I proudly own more than a few purple label books with the cover cleaned. Thats the good news. The bad news is I have picked up all my purple cover cleaned books for less than 50% of the unrestored price. Unless you got this for a song, I would try to at least get a partial refund, if not just flat out returning the book.

Kudos to kelholt for a very sweat Planet, at a great price. Very smooth transaction!

Here are a whole bunch of Timely books that I've picked up over the last few months. Lots of them are from right here on the boards, the rest are from the usual suspects, Heritage, Comic Link, Comic Connect, and Ebay. My favorite is probably the Super Rabbit... but I love them all.
