Another one I’d flag in the watch category and worth keeping a eye on is the Wolverine #310 Platt variants, the non sketch has only 65 graded (1:100 I believe) and sketch has only 48 (1:200) I know it’s not Spider-Man but wolverine collectors are still biggish bunch and this always seems to go up.
a raw sold $1750 at end of Nov so CGC might be pretty high if one comes up (not many do with those census numbers)

Personally I would take WD 1 over Miles but then I loved the TV series when it first came out. But truthfully I can see UF4 only going up..with second animated film coming up it will introduce him to more kids/parents.. they’ll go watch first film if they haven’t already seen it.
I mean I get the argument, that Peter Parker IS Spider-Man but Miles is the new one with the new stories that are easily picked up from the shops, the old Spider-Man comics from even before some of our age aren’t as easy to get hold of and read. -

Crazy how much these go for now. I regret not buying that full 9.8 set for $499 some years back. I already had a full.raw set that I got for next to nothing so I saw no reason.
Yours looks minty fresh ! Mind sharing bow much the set ran you?
-J.
Yeah sure, I got the set for £180 ($235)

MOST VALUABLE MODERN VARIANTS - THE RANKINGS
in Modern Age Comic Books
Posted
I don’t own either of them but sure looks like UF4 is new top one, in sales you always go with the last sale it’s how markets move up and down.
Also UF4 isn’t just the first appearance of Miles it’s the big one but it has the alternative version of Reed Richard’s (maker) and ultimate invasion is the next big event involving reed Richard’s alternative versions. Could be something else to attract interest in the book. That’s the thing with 667 it’s a rare book but what else?
