i'm very curious as to how the governor will be played on the show. i can't imagine they'd re-do the whole raping michonne over and over on tv, let alone her revenge.

to me, honestly, this is always a better idea on paper than in reality. 11 signatures on the cover of one book is never a good look to me, unless most of them are on the inside pages. still kinda amazing to get that many sigs and still get a 9.9 grade, twice.

don't you already have it? i haven't seen any other SDCC WD art other than yours.

from SDCC, i got: torpedo comics: detective comics # 402 (beautiful, raw 8.0-8.5 copy for $22!!!) detective comics # 443 (7.0) fat freddy's cat book 1 (6.0) miracleman # 4 also bought a Ramona Fradon drawing of aquaman. and a signed poster of mouse guard from david peterson. next time he's at a con i'm at, i'm going to have him do a commission for me. and with any luck, my raw 4.5 detective comics # 72 got signed by jerry robinson and is on it's way to cgc from board member evilash: walking dead serbian # 2 (color cover) 2 walking dead # 75 SDCC variants the simpsons #1 serbian copy

just got back from vacation. went to SDCC on sunday. when i got to the AMC booth, i was surprised to see Robert Kirkman and Charlie Adlard there. too bad kirkman wasn't signing too. but it was great to have charlie signing and sketching for free. too bad i didn't have any blank paper. they had 3 different shirts (white, gray, and black-all different images). i bought a black shirt with "the walking dead" on the front. then i got charlie to sign the shirt. also bought some WD buttons and got some posters. they also had invincible posters as well. @ all the dealers at SDCC trying to charge $45 for the agents # 5!!! i saw one who had a raw walking dead #1 signed by kirkman for $500. also, AMC did a great job of advertising. they had people dressed up as zombies outside the convention passing out fliers for the show.

too bad there aren't one year time payments. buying a 1.0-2.0 is the only way i'll ever own the first couple of issues. anyway, i posted because i bought detective comics #72 from metro. with any luck, it has been signed by jerry robinson and cgc'd.

shoot. too late. oh well. going to san diego tomorrow. hopefully they'll have posters there.

. i think this is a great cover, altho i don't do the whole sketch thing, so i guess that helps. but even still, i like the zombies. and i'm amazed at everyone finding the #75 variant at their lcs. none in los angeles have one. might just buy one from mycomicshop.com

one is an '8ish fleer jordan basketball card. another '86ish fleer basketball card is on the opposite side.

i've been on vacation for almost 3 weeks now. still one week left before i come home. i just logged in and i see this post has 200 replies i haven't read. still haven't even picked up the newest issue. have no idea what's going on in WD land. guess i'll have tons to read when i get home. probably be 300+ posts to read through.

I still love this set. It's an awesome page from #1 AND I really dig that sketch too. Just awesome! that's a nice frame. i've had my last wd OA just sitting around. went to michaels twice and both times it's as if they don't want me to spend my money there. even aaron bros. were unhelpful. i've kinda given up, but i don't like the AO just sitting out in the open.
