House of Mystery 188, Neal cover, with a house ad for Phantom Stranger 9. 

FYI.... @Dale Roberts got me started on this.  I will be adding these to the Grand Adams Database as well. 

.....as if I need more collecting ideas. 

These (2) showed up and still waiting on a 3rd book. From the Fantast Collection. I am very excited about the movie and story. Working with the people at Fantast is really great. A real pleasure.

how old would Neal have been for this issue?

Neal would have been about 19 years old. Born in 1941. This was out in 1960.
