House of Mystery 176 CGC 8.5 WP >$140.0 A tough cover to get above 9.2. This is a veeerryyyy nice VF+ (+++++++). Neal again. From 1968 and once again, Neal is using the light for effect. Also one of his "candle" covers. There are more.

Adventures in Leather nn CGC 8.0 > $375.0 This may or may not be Neal's first cover. There is a small debate going between this and "I am the guard" published a year earlier. I simply do not know. My Neal database shows that CGC recognizes "I am the Guard" as a Neal cover. Either way, this is a very rare book. From 1961, it is a must have for any Neal geek. I am lucky enough to have (2) graded copies and I hope someone else might want this one.

Wonder Woman (1st series) 194 CGC 9.6 WP > $245.0 Note: the (2) white marks are from my picture / camera photo, not on the book or case.

Detective Comics 407 CGC 9.0 WP > $205.0 SOLD!! A very nice copy of Neal hanging around with Batman and Man-Bat. This is a Neal cover as well as interior art. Grean cover makes it tough to find in grade.

Superman 237 CGC 9.6 WP (perfect) $265.0 QES (thanks Vinny), WP, old label and a sweet Neal Adams crowd-cover!!! A fairly common issue but this one is the best 9.6 you can buy. The census mode is a 9.4 so this is in the top side of the curve.

Superman 231 - hard to find in high grade. Superman 237 - common, but a nice 9.8 is required. Both are Twin Cities copies

I got this set from a private exchange. I have been after them for a long time and patience paid off. Superman 231 is very hard to find in 9.4 or higher. And it is a Twin Cities copy. Superman 237 is a Twin Cities copy as well. It is an updgrade from my 9.6.

I finally completed the transaction mostly because I was tired of looking at it behind the screen. Brought it home. The Strange Adventures should grade at least a 9.4, maybe 9.6.

I ignored this book on someone's website for two years and finally decided to buy it. I consider it a mercy purchase. Like the last dog at the shelter. Going to bring it home, give it a bath, combing and a nice place to rest.

Yikes. Got back a 12-book submission from CGC. Some are keepers, some are to be sold and some are just until I get the chance to upgrade. Adventures in Leather!! Not as sexy as it sounds. One to sell and one to keep. Aurora - nice. Detective Comics - awesome!! House of Secrets - bought from @Dale Roberts raw! Phantom Stranger 14, at one point I owned a 9.8, passed up a second one and now...... it's a start. B&Bold - missed the stain. DC Special - tough book to find in high grade. Cream pages?; I will likely crack & burn it.
