    And in this corner weighing in at........ Very interesting post from Metro. I am on the fence on this one as I see both sides. I will still continue to assist Ian in his hunt for a complete run of DC's and I certainly would not scratch Metropolis off my dealers list due to these posts.

    I disagree. It's currently not a good deal, but as you stated, 20 years from now it may seem like a bargain. High Grade books do appreciate at a faster rate then say a mid grade or low grade copy, there is no denying that........but I would stick with a more mainstream title if I want to ask 3.4X book!!! Who knows, so one will shell out the dough, just not me

    Here are a couple more of my Nedors: I am trying to put together an entire run of Barnyard comics in VF or better condition. These were also copies from the Lloyd Jacquet collection.

    Ok, I finally got my web space problem worked out. Here's the first image: I picked this up raw on Ebay and had it graded myself. It originally came from the Lloyd Jaquet collection, hence the pencil check mark on the cover.

    I have some I could post, but I don't have any web space anymore so if I scanned them I couldn't post them. Mine are from the funny Animal genre, not the super hero type, but they are all GCG'd.

    I love Thor.... Beta Ray Bill is the man...... $160 Bucks for a copy of 337.......ahhhh I don't think so !!! I'd probably pay $30 bucks for a 9.8, but I just don't want to shell out big bucks for moderns that aren't rare.
