  1. 5.5/6.0. Nice book. The cover is by Jay Disbrow not Cole though.
  2. I have seen 9.4s from the GA with similar shadows. Maybe CGC have tightened up on this defect?
  3. I hit the takeit so damn fast when I saw this listed on the boards.
  4. Awesome book! Love seeing the before and after shots; I look forward to seeing more. And I have to agree with you, the guesses in this forum are chronically low. Though I have noticed that they are a bit better as of late.
  5. Good point. I had not considered a production wrinkle.
  6. Damn, Kurtzman was so good at these war covers. Beautiful stuff as always.
  7. Also with what looks like a long crease lower back cover corner I wouldn't be surprised if it was lower.
  8. I'm at 7.0 a bit too much tanning and spine wear to be higher for me.
  9. @adamstrange @Straw-Man I think you both might appreciate this one. Any thoughts on grade?
  10. 4.5/5.0. I have similar books with spine splits in 5.0 slabs.
  11. A true classic. So happy to have a decent copy of this one!!
  12. Well I did it, I got my top three covers in around about mid grade.
  13. I've had this book for years. I'm curious to see where others grade it. Lays super flat with good gloss. Most of the wear is on the BC near the staples.
