  1. I'm around 5.5 as while the FC is very nice there are a few too many pieces out of the BC to go any higher. If Sarasota deigned to give it a 6.0 I wouldn't be surprised. There has been some discussion that they deduct for BC damage less severely than damage on the FC (see the spine realignment discussions). Book attached as reference. Without that small piece out I'd put it at 7.5ish.
  2. That's way too harsh. Please sell me your 4.0s. I don't know how to deal with the fanout but the FC looks like an 8.0 to me. I'll play it safe and deduct a full grade and call it a 7.0.
  3. I'm going to be a contrarian and say 6.0 all day (maybe 6.5). If the top FC is not as bad as it looks in the scan the book is otherwise very nice. Also this one is new to me; on to the want list it goes.
  4. I agree war covers are hot/heating up, especially flamethrower stuff. DeCalro GGA, PCH especially Harvey classic covers, LB Cole, Centaurs, Fox, any GGA bondage covers.
  5. I love this book. Such a pity about that piece out.
  6. I feel like this would much higher than 3.0. The warping from the glue on the spine is treated pretty leniently by CGC. I've seen 8.0 GSX-1s with very warped spines. I think the book looks 4.5/5.0.
  7. This. I'd be curious to know what those white patches are and to get a look at the insides.
  8. Looking again I think you are correct; the book has been trimmed on all three edges. Remarkably the interior panels are all ok.
