    Do you have grader notes or higher res scans? Looks upgradeable from those pics but they really aren't detailed enough to say with much certainty.

    If you put a sheet of paper behind it most scanners will auto-scan a larger area so you don't end up with such closely cropped edges.

    Book is not even close to NM and that damage doesn't look like shipping damage. I'd take the refund and leave negative feedback.

    Well put. I think you'll get different answers depending on who you ask; my answer would be no. Though I think it is clear I'm in the minority given 3.0s are nearing $10k.

    I know All New 8 is inconsistently labelled. My copy is but I have seen other copies that don't have the designation:

    The low resolution makes it hard to look at the spine wear along the spine. There also looks to be a colour breaking crease on the FC bottom right corner? With the chip out and the tear on the lower right BC I'm at 6.5. 7.0 wouldn't surprise me especially if I am mistaken about that FC crease.

    Oh most erudite boardies please prognosticate on my book. It presents well but the bottom staple is popped and not just from the FC, it is pulled through the first few wraps too.
