My order type was bulk received February 9 when it was received turn around time was only 54 days so ? I’m well passed 54 WORKING DAYS and more including weekends or is my order getting delayed everytime they change turn around times so am I now at 100+ days even though it was received well before that ?

They are still stuck on bulk from the end of December. Ur bulk wouldn't be done i think until September.. maybe longer

Alright so Bulk jumped up to 211 days.

I know this is a touchy subject for some unnecessary reason, but can anyone articulate what that new 211 ESTIMATION is applicable towards? Does it mean that if a submission is received today for Bulk, it is ESTIMATED to be done in 211 days?

Thanks in advance to whoever can provide insight!

That’s referencing what left 5 months ago. It’s gonna take over a yr to get ur cards back. And that’s being nice. Maybe they got so much it might take over 1 and a half yrs lol

  3. Yes both bulk economy and standard are treated the same when being received. So ur standard can be stuck behind thousands of bulk and economy. Which is a horrible thing they got going. Because ur gonna spend the tat time sitting unopened. And then when it finally opens u gotta get through whatever tat is estimated at that time plus add 2 or 3 weeks extra. Bro ur standard ends up being more than 2 months easy. Sucks

Yes that is correct it has been on "Scheduled for several weeks" Either way its beyond the 31 days "ETA" turnaround time and it has not shipped back to me, so it seems they should probably update the TAT to something more accurate to what it actually is :)

Yes I agree with u, they should be more transparent and if they know its not gonna hit at a reasonable time they should tell. I was jus referring to the part that u said about bulk moving along quickly and its not even after u get to scheduled

    Received: 3/3/21

    Items: 6

    Service TCG- Standard

    Status- Scheduled For Grading

Looks like they need to do an update on turn around times again on the website. (Standard no subgrades is currently showing 31 business days turnaround) This one is on Business Day 37 currently so its more than a week beyond the current TAT listed. Hopefully moves out of scheduled for grading soon! Seems bulk orders are moving along quicker once in scheduled for grading than Standard currently.

No its not been stuck on scheduled for a week. And others 3 weeks to almost a month on scheduled

This is 100% nothing negative towards CGC, I just know that in business sometimes the only way things get done quickly is if a competitor threatens to take significant biz away. At my company, we've been developing a 2nd gen software for literally years and it hasn't come out yet because we always have the 1st gen to fall back on... so there's no sense of urgency. And a Product team with no sense of urgency is bad lol. Anyway...

I think this PSA news has CGC moving with a little more pep in their step at the moment, because let's be honest, CGC has been taking uncontested layups for months and have only stood to gain business given external factors. There was very little incentive to push cards out quicker when the 'big guy' wasn't even accepting cards unless people want to spend $300! But that's all different now, right, and I'm happy to see things moving along quicker. We all win with competition!

    Bulk Submission

    • 97 Cards, sub-grades
    • Received 12/23/20
    • Scheduled for Grading 04/22/21

Nothing has moved faster yet. And u are jus hoping that what u said was true. I don’t think it’s going to move faster. I think they bit of more than they can handle and it’s gonna push ppl away

I think it should be higher since they raised the cap to $250 from $100. With Elite membership that's still only $12.75 a card. You wouldn't believe one of the graded cards I sold for $30. It was really just a space filler to get a 50 card sub and I was going to give it to my son. I ended up posting just to see if someone would buy it. If that bullsh*t sold for $30 they need to go higher on the price.

No way I should make money off something like that.

That’s the point of grading. Both the company and us are suppose to make profit. U are pro company only which makes no sense. They already make a killing jus grading cards.

Looked like you still get the credit so membership is essentially free but you won't continue to get a 10% discount on orders.

For ppl that always agree with the company, sure hate ppl trying to make money. U only want the company to make money and no one else. Who cares about what cards get graded. U should be on top of the company for not hiring better and getting things back down. They knew what they was getting themselves into and they need to fix it on their end not by giving the customer the short end of the stick

Just because something doesn't go to plan doesn't mean that you're being mistreated. 2c

I’m that’s exactly what it means. The excuse ur using jus because it messed up this time doesn’t mean it’s a normal thing. Well a few other ppl dealing with that. And ur paying the price with expectations of what’s being on the tat. Taking a month holding it and 1 week to finish doesn’t make it a wk service. It’s a standard. Don’t try and make ppl feel dumb when they are ok with being made for a service that’s not par with what they paid for
