    Marvel Mystery Comics #25 Sold. The wraps are all reinforced, and the interior covers are pretty white, so I can only assume they have been cleaned. Some chipping, and smaller tears on some interior pages. Looks really nice.

    Marvel Mystery Comics #24 1,700$ Color touch top right corner, 2 small tear seals at the top of the cover, one above the "M" in Marvel, and a small one above the E. There's some dried glue at the bottom staple, it's not holding anything together from what I can tell, the bottom staple is detached from the cover.

    They are probably saying it's the only copy currently on sale, I don't know if that is true because I know nothing about this book. They still worded it wrong though.

    I believe they would need a lot more pages to get a 0.5, the cover alone would receive a "CVR" grade, and if the pages were included I believe a "NG" would be given. Either way this is one of the coolest finds I've seen posted here, I'd definitely look into getting the stain removed.

    I would say no to the refund, the professionals grades it, if they don't agree they shouldn't be purchasing graded books. If they make an actual request with Ebay, then you can refund once you've received the book back. No matter what happens you should post their ebay information on the thread I posted above.

    The best thing you can do is get the book back, and then send a refund. And then put their name here. Or you can fight it, and hope they decide to keep the book.
