  1. Standard Submission 2 Cards with Subgrades Delivered 8/10 Received 8/11 I guess writing ST on the box really works I was expecting it to maybe get opened next week
  2. Standard (15 Cards w/Subgrades) Delivered 4/5 Received 6/17 Finalized/Imaged/Shipped 7/2 It took them 2 months to open the package, but they do seem to be expediting the standard orders that were delayed
  3. I've noticed for my last couple of submissions they charge pretty close to when they're ready to ship so hopefully yours go out soon. I was able to get my tracking from the shipping email and it seems mine wasn't actually dropped at the post office so ours might end up shipping at the same time But yeah I've got the elite right now too and with rate increases + the discount decreasing on renewal I'll be letting mine expire unless they've got some more changes planned for the memberships
  4. 16 Card Standard Sub with Subgrades Received 5/18 Finalized 6/11 No tracking was added when marked as finalized/shipped and it updated at the end of the day. Do they finish grading and then sometimes ship the next morning?

It was finalized and I saw all of the grades, and then about 10 minutes later it was put back into grading. Has anyone else had this happen before? Hopefully its not too big of an issue and the cards get shipped out soon
  6. update- I finally got around to calling them about this and it was quick and easy. I've had some trouble getting email responses in the past but if you call customer service they're on point

Obviously I'd rather them prioritize grading but I'm also interested in seeing my scans for these ahead of time because I have no patience
