  1. Nothing I like better in the winter than a cup of NOT chocolate... 5.0
  2. Significant spine roll, and the staples are worrisome... 5.5 - C&P to 6.0/6.5 if the staples don't pop... (they look secure, but you never know...)
  3. I hope so. My grade is 8.5, and everyone was within half a grade, so there’s plenty of potential for a really nice return...
  4. Here is my copy of ASM 238. First appearance of the Hobgoblin. Green Label for No tats. That’s TATS, pervs... Just going to let the pictures speak for themselves. I worked 7 days a week and 70 hours each week for the last two weeks and I’m micro sleeping my way through these posts. Thanks, everyone!
  5. Here is another nice looking book. Amazing Spider-Man #127, Vulture appearance. This super glossy book has a few spine stresses (easy to see on the spine picture), foxing on the BRC of the FC, and tanning along the spine, visible front and back. Spine corners look a bit chippy. What do you think?
  6. My wife picked this up many years ago from a newsstand (which has been closed at least 14 years). I found it while rifling through some old books. It was still in the original bag with the price tag. Anyway, thought I would post it for some opinions on the grade... This is the second printing of Amazing Spider-Man 101 from 1992. The book is pretty clean, there are some spine ticks and a crunchy spine corner, but otherwise the corners are sharp, back is clean and pages are white. Despite the nostalgia there was in the old bag and board, I dropped the book into a new Mylar with new boards. Looks much nicer than the slightly fogged up bag it was in.
  7. Testify! What a storied career he had. His work on Amazing Spider-Man is legendary...
  8. 9.0 as is... 9.2 after C&P, maybe 9.4 if the upper corner doesn't break color AND the crunched spine corner can be straightened out.
  9. Wow. Never considered that...solid tip, thanks!
