I bought and paid for a book in January which still hasn't arrived yet. I've mailed the seller and he says to wait it out - it will turn up. I've bought from him once before and I can't see him screwing me.
But 3 months delivery time? I've written it off to lost in the post, any advice people?
I once shipped a book to a boardie in Australia by surface mail. It was over two months before it arrived. I think I was in more of a panic about it than he was, though... It can certainly take a LONG time for overseas surface mail packages.
I've also been on the receiving end of a lost-in-the-mail book. The seller refunded my payment after 2 months and the book eventually came back to him a few months after that.

My mistake... I thought he'd been here longer than that. Sometimes I just assume everyone with post counts in the thousands has been here forever.

Woah, that list isgetting big.
What part, or where so I can read about how the gibert guy become 2nd Hall of Shame?
I don't need a link to the third one.
It starts around here: gilberto gets added
Additional complaints start to trickle in over the next dozen pages. I think in the end there were at least six members who never received books they'd paid for.
It's a bit of a shame as gilberto had been a long-time member.

Kudos to THE_BEYONDER for a nice lot of Novas which filled in all the holes in my run. First time in almost 20 years that I've had a full run of Nova in hand and I'm looking forward to reading it start to finish.
Thanks again, Chris. As always, it was a pleasure doing business with you!

I think I got it... it was CMYK, not RGB so maybe some computers can't read it.
Is this visible now?

Me either... I only see a little box with a red X and "73989.jpg" written beside it.

Does anyone know for certain who did the cover art for Spectacular Spider-man #6?
According to the CGC notes on this copy, it's Al Milgrom:
According to the CGC notes on this copy, it's JR Sr.:
According to the notes at SpiderFan.org, it's Ross Andru.
Along with #4, this is one of only two issues from 1-100 that I've never owned a copy of, so I can't check for a discretely placed signature on the cover. If I was to guess, I'd say it looks more like Milgrom's work. But then again, Andru worked on the interior art, so he might have done the cover too...
Any thoughts?
Found another CGC graded copy that lists Milgrom as the cover artist.
Strangely enough, when I did a certification lookup on the JR Sr. copy, the serial number returned Milgrom as cover artist as well. There must have been a typo on the label of that book. I think that makes it pretty definitive...

Thanks guys. :hail:
I'm updating the spreadsheet I use for tracking my Spider-man collection (and the holes in it) with the art / writing credits. I'll mark Milgrom down as cover artist for this issue.
