they prob missed wk on the box and sorted it incorrectly... my express was delivered 5/24 and logged into the system as received on 5/27

For pokemon cards at cgc the clock starts when the cards are logged into the system... this is a branch of the same company so there is no reason for them to have different policies. I would plan on calculating tat once the cards are listed as received under submissions and hope that it's done sooner

Thanks! I added subgrades to my order back in Feb when they were only $5... glad I kept the emails confirming what the additional total cost would be. Will be keeping an eye out

One of the cards was input incorrectly... submission shows a duplicate Charizard V black star promo instead of a base set unlimited #4. Called customer service and they said my order is still in the early stages of grading and that it will be caught and update in time. Hope this is true

You should just open it and find out!

My 7 card economy order w/ sub-grades (received on 1/27) just moved to scheduled for grading today!

Received 5/27... current TAT listed at 15 working days. In regards to sub-grades: "There is no additional turnaround time for the Express and WalkThrough tiers."

It’s taking 1-2 months for them to enter orders into the system once delivered

How do you get in to HGA on a weekly basis? I tried for 2 months, twice weekly before giving up

My package has been "available for pickup" since Saturday 5/22... I was told this designation is used by the post office when they are sorting packages to go to CSG due to the volume. I'm assuming the time sitting in this status does not count towards the 1-2 month check in time / TAT?

Anyone have an update on economy? Last I can find is received 1/13 - scheduled for grading 5/14... My 1/27 is still in received

Package has been sitting at SARASOTA FL DISTRIBUTION CENTER since 7:11pm on 5/22... Hopefully it get delivered today, but I'm not holding my breath (based on CGC message boards / google reviews of the facility)

Great... my submission has been at the USPS Sarasota facility since 5/22. I was expecting it to be out for delivery as of this morning, but no change yet... Idk why I read these boards, I just get more and more depressed

I don't think they know what can be graded or not graded at the moment... I'm assuming chrome refractors are not considered "thick" cards because I have seen a few listed on ebay graded by csg. Can you confirm?

Just dropped off an express order (3 cards w/ subgrades) at USPS. Curious to see how long this will take. Will update!

Did you guys get these in yet? I'm considering sending in a few chrome refractors from my F1 collection. Can you grade them now?

hahahahaha. i sent some cards to cgc in january when their tat was 30 days... it is now sitting at 142. you will not be grandfathered in

wow... seems like they have actually made a bit of progress on bulk orders. hoping to see some movement on my 1/27 econ order in the next month
