can a mod please shut this thread down? i just wanted some thoughts on the initial price point and potential increase in value, but i'm sick of what this has devolved into. thanks

is this the same for CGC? pokemon and magic cards are being told that TATs start once the cards are logged into the system...

still doesn't make up for the 1 month required to enter the cards into the system

Say I have 5 cards that I want graded. 4 are just regular cards but 1 has a “pack pulled” autograph and is mfg certified. If I pay the $2 for the autograph label will they ship it back separately (4 and 1) or all together (5 cards)? I know orders that have a combo of sub grades and no sub grades ship separately, but not sure how autograph cards work. Thanks for the help!

Starting in April 2021, CSG will begin accepting submissions of cards up to 7.25 mm thick. you technically dont cut the line or have your received date grandfathered in, you move to the back of the tier you select

it was a joke, i can read. i'm just pissed that his shipment will prob take priority over my econ submission that i sent in jan (and already paid for). and even if i adjust tiers, my order will still be moved behind his according to cx

This! People that have already paid for service should have priority over new standard submissions

when i inquired about doing this, customer service said my order would be bumped to the back of the line of whatever tier i chose... did you run into this issue?

I think the issue boils down to the bulk and econ submissions that were already paid for before the payment method / price changes being set aside for the higher tiers that are coming in well after those were received... cgc needs to prioritize those customer to build some trust back whether it be by dedicating specific days of the week to those submissions or limiting submissions to clear the backlog

they dont have to shut it down entirely, just dedicate a full day or two each week to play catch up with bulk and econ. the other 3+ days (and weekends - i've seen some posts saying that employees are working extra) can be used to keep other TATs in line

I wish they would designate specific days of the week to bulk and economy so that they can catch up... ya it may bump the other tiers a bit but at least clear out the orders that have already been paid for

only 15 business days since delivered... will prob be another week before entered. when i submitted my econ the total turnaround was 30 days, now its at 100+... so take the tat with a grain of salt

I’m in the same boat. Economy delivered around the same time as yours. I reached out about upgrading to standard but on top of the additional fees my order would be moved to the back of the line. No priority or anything, so it would prob still be about the same wait

for standard? nah... prob mid may. if it was bulk or economy on the other hand, then christmas would be generous

i think they are working on std submission from the beginning of march at the moment... crazy how bulk and economy are so far behind (2nd week of december)

ugh... my economy from 1/27 is gonna take a while. i thought about paying for the change to standard but they said i would be moved to the back of the queue
