seems like they are still working on second week of december for bulk/economy... i dont like your chances of getting them back by 4/29

you have to email customer service... it is a $15 service fee + the price to add subgrades to each card. you can split your order but they will send them back separately so you will probably have a second shipping charge as well. i sent in an order and was charged upon receipt (received before pricing/ payment change), then adjusted to include subgraded and have not been charged yet... assuming ill get billed at time of grading

I remember reading the comic shops that got these variants had the option to submit it for signature series grading but it was not required. CGC will not be offering the ss label unless the comic shop selected the grading option tho

I know next to nothing about comics... Keanu is a big name, Netflix picked up the movie rights, and there is an animated show to follow. My question was essentially to see if the 2k price point was too high despite all the hype surrounding this comic, limited signing opportunities, and upcoming BRZRKR related entertainment. I've heard mixed reviews on the art and story line (I personally like it, but please reference my fist sentence) so I was curious if that impacts value.

Thanks for this Paul! Would it be possible to add the week that is being worked on when TATs are updated? I think that would provide people with better insight/transparency into where their order is and help eliminate some of the frustrations. I've seen you give this information on certain posts so it would probably save you some time and effort as well!

Just curious how others choose their declared value... Should I be pricing at a 10 despite knowing that it's not? Or should I grade it based on what I think it is and price accordingly? I understand that it is for insurance purposes but sometimes the difference between and 9 and 10 will bump the tier. Thanks for the insight!

Just curious if anyone purchased one of the Keanu signed 1:1000 variants that were advertised? I liked the first issue and want to see where this comic is going, but is this something worth investing in?

I did the same thing for my first submission because it wasn't clearly stated on the website... for my shipment, fedex automatically adjusted the address to the cgc building. it delayed my shipment a bit, but they still received it. I incurred a fee for an address change but I called fedex and they waived it as a one time courtesy. amazing what a phone call can do

Try reaching directly out to Paul or calling customer service... that will be quicker / better than trying to get a response on a message board

Somebody call the wambulance! I bet aliens intercepted and damaged the package on the way to cgc. All cards always come out of packs as 10s duh

If cards are currently in received status is it possible to change the order to include sub grades?

My cards arrived on 1/14 and were just marked as received today... they are behind on mail so it may take a while for an update. I was freaking out as well but was told as long as it says delivered to CGC on the tracking info your package is in the vault

@PaulS.to piggyback on this question and your response... I sent in my first submission (7 card economy not bulk) a few days ago and did not realize that the sub grade cards need to be separate. All cards were placed together in the order of the packing slip however. Will this be an issue? For future reference, will I need to send 2 different packages (one for sub grades and one for grading) or can they be in one box but just spaced out. edit: added service type
