  1. haha. Quite possibly. I listed one in my ebay store cuz i kind of wanted to keep one. Then i sold the other one too to the same buyer cuz he seemed really excited about that particular issue, and i just liked it because of the turner sig. Does this sound familiar? BTW did you go to shelton's show this past sunday? I was there.

    Schmakt,

this wasn't you that bought these was it? I just realized that you have a NC address....

    totals:

    #21 - 8

    #33 - 5

It would be interesting to see if amost of the copies out there were held by members on this board....

I tried to do the same thing with TMNT #1 several years ago... I was surprised at how few copies surfaced in the thread. That was a good number of years ago before I had to stop collecting for a while tho...

Definitely a fun thing to try; would be awesome to account for the majority of a print run on anything I think.

Oh NO!! Wait!....I bought two aaaand I have an NC address....could it be me?

  3. I sold 2 copies a few months back to one collector from NC (i think that's where he lived) They were both #33 silver foils signed by turner w a coa. Got around $60 apiece if i remember correctly. I would think he bought them for his personal collection and still has them based on our e-mails, so that would be 2 accounted for.

  4. huh. Bummer. It def. hasn't been the same. Joe linsner just ordered a "warlock 5" trade paperback from me yesterday for a whopping $3.50. That's hot on ebay IMO.

It was a joke anyway and i honestly enjoy him as much as anyone on the the boards that i don't know personally. PLUS he's the best reason to listen to the "only the valiant".

podcast. BTW why aren't you on that lately?

    Awwww...I'm gonna cry....

    (sniff)

I quit the podcast. Got tired of Sean always contradicting everything I said (and, as 400 pointed out, only to agree with it 30 minutes later.)

From the looks of it, they're doing better than ever. I was clearly holding them all back. Everyone's gushing over how sucky I was and how awesome Elveen and Jonesy are.

    lol

    Good for them, seriously. :)

  5. RMA is a total person_who_is_obnoxiously_self-impressed and i hate him with every fiber of my being.

Grouped with RMA? It was just a matter of time. :acclaim:

Yeah, that guy's a total loser who doesn't know what he's talking about and should just die.

    Slowly and painfully, if possible.

No, you definitely know comics and what you're talking about. You just come off as a :censored: sometimes to people when you tell them what you know. (thumbs u

Did I use the (thumbs u correctly? lol

  6. I have post production cover sheets available from every comic that has a cover image on the internet.(excluding anything drawn by rob liefeld) PM me with requests. Zip file= $7 Printed out Mail exclusive edition = $9. Alien worlds also available. I will also sign any of them that you like for an additional $3.50.

  7. yeah, i was kinda knocked over too lol/ I priced it high so i could keep it for a while. (it's currently on the wall in my comic room.) So.......i think it lasted around 2 months at that price. Luckily i got another one recently. It's not as nice, but i can put it right back on the wall :)

Interesting time to bring up pricey Stevens books, as this just knocked me over.

3-D Zone #16 Space Vixens Rare

Seriously - $70 for this book? I can't believe someone paid that much.

    doh!

Board member Elijah Snow must be shaking his head even since this is his Ebay account.
