  1. Thanks KJ! Yeah, it's kinda common in high grade, due to that find that I believe Gary Dolgoff turned up, as is the Pasty #104 and a few other specific issues. I think that's the 3rd copy of the Rawhide Kid that I've owned …. another 9.8 & a 9.6, but it's hard not to have one, when they can be had for such a great price (under $300). I wish he'd have found more of these westerns in that stash!! They are legitimately hard to find in high grade.
  2. I actually don't have many of my Doctor Doom covers scanned or photographed, but I will post what I have and let the rest of you take it away!
  3. Doctor DOOM has faced nearly every major hero in the Marvel Universe at one time or another. This is the place to show off your DOOM covers and interiors.
  4. I just checked GPA & that conserved copy went for $2600 last August, so I was close in my memory. Cream to off white pages, but probably still a pretty good price.
  5. You are spot on about it being tough finding a nice copy, so perhaps it does get more love than I was aware of. I got VERY lucky when I initially bought it in the mid 90s. I sold it to a pal when I got divorced, but with "first rights of refusal" should it be sold by him. I got it back about 10 years ago. I briefly saw a 7.0 conserved for sale for about $3k, but it disappeared quickly. Ricky has the nicest one I've ever seen (never saw John's Church copy) which is a 9.0 Pennsylvania copy. Maybe he'll see this & post it. It's gorgeous. The census shows two copies in 8.0 after his 9.0, then this lone 7.0, so it IS tough I guess.
  6. Since the Spidey 41 in my collection is kinda packed away, I CAN post this Dutch copy of the first appearance of the Rhino.
  7. The Rhino is pretty cool. I picked up a Dutch edition of the 43 recently too. Having fun with other nation editions lately!
  8. I also submit this for an overlooked issue. It's a great cover and being the first MJ inside ain't too shabby.
  9. I'm a tiny bit late to the Spidey 32 party, but I actually DO have a nice copy.
  10. A LOT of them are reprinted in a 2 volume Bill Everett archive set. I recently purchased both volumes and they are awesome!!!
