So, its a pig and a cat conspiring to kill a seal? Krazy! Best thing about that comic is the interior story of Baldy the American Bald Eagle helping out his Australian Kangaroo buddies as they are attacked by Japanese chimps in a submarine. WWII propaganda at its finest! Now I want the book even more

Here's one I don't think I've posted. I handed this over to CGC in Chicago a few years ago and it graded a blue 2.5 which is exactly what I bought it as and thought it was myself. I don't have a scan of it slabbed.

Just bought this one today. Canadian Blonde Phantom #18. Go to the Timely comics from other countries thread and check out the differences between this and it's American counterpart!!!

The eight larger sized Caps Schomburg did are all classics to me!!! Schomburg and Barks are my favorite GA artists for basically the same reason: attention to detail! IMO, there are very few artists of the period that could stack so much into so little space. Lots of bang for the buck! I couldn't agree more!!! I would also add L.B. Hard to obtain a copy of this one (I still need one), unless you want to pay at least double guide regardless of grade (just shootin' from the hip, I've not done actual research on this). I saw that it could be undergraded and bid agressively, considering the stated grade. When I got it back from CGC Your 4 leaf clover paid off It's a fantastic Schomburg agreed; aw 7 a great book. this 'un is my fave all winners cover. Very nice Billy!!! It'd go great with my CGC 6.0 Blue c/ow All Winners #10 (sorry, no scan yet)!!!

My lil' reader copy of Cap 35. Nothin' fancy, just a raw reader

My reader copy of Cap 34. This is actually in for some work right now. Yes, you read that right ..... I'm having some "work" done to the book. You see, I purchased it missing two centerfolds and I just so happened to have a coverless missing an outerwrap copy. The cover was also loose on this copy. I'm having the centerfolds added and having the cover attached. I'll end up having a very presentable, slightly restored reader copy and I'm thrilled to no end about it!!!! Restored book are great to have as long as the price is right and you know it's restored up front!!!
