    Have you found a solution to this? I had the exact same problem but haven’t called CGC yet. It says shipped on the 14th, and the link takes me to a USPS tracking number, however, it says they are still waiting for the package.

  3. How long does it generally take for CGC to actually ship the cards once they’ve been graded and the order says “shipped”? My order has been completed and shipped since July 14, however, when I check the link to the tracking information, it still says USPS is waiting to receive the package. I’ve had several submissions in the past and normally it only takes a day or two. Has there been a delay recently?

  4. Just got back two separate 50+ card bulk submissions and ALL of the slabs from both cases have scratches on them. I will never use CGC again until they start investing in a penny sleeve for the slabs. It would also prevent hours spent cleaning the slabs of brown/white debris from the boxes. Honestly, the worst packaging of any company I've used (PSA, BGS, GMA, HGA). Really disappointed.

    I paid in full when I made my submission. They are holding my cards and money hostage. I cannot understand how a company can operate like this. It's crazy to think that if my raw cards had just been sent back to me with a refund, I could have resubmitted them and they would probably fly through in the same amount of time I've been waiting.

    I cannot understand how these big bulk and econ orders that were submitted months after mine are back to their owners. Nobody from CGC will explain this or even offer an apology. In fact the tone in their emails is irritation at even asking for an explanation. Once/if I ever get my cards back I will not be patronizing their business again.

    They could have turned this around by admitting fault and explaining what is going on, but instead they chose to keep quiet and basically blame the customers that are giving them business. It's a shame. I just want my cards back.

     

    @PaulS. I know you're doing everything you can,  but can you add me to the list to check on my Feb sub that has been in g/e/i for over 3 months now.. I'd appreciate it as customer service is no longer responding to me.

I have a bulk submission at CGC now and when I look at the list of cards they have this site, some of them have symbols and misspellings in the wording.... I'm hoping it doesn't transfer over to the label when they print it out...

    I’ve had those symbols show up multiple times in my submissions and they’ve always been corrected on the label. If you contact customer service, they’ll tell you the same thing, everything is corrected when the labels are printed.

    Yikes! I would try calling them. One of my express orders was stuck on grading before and when I called they said there was an “accounting issue” even though they never notified me of the issue. It went to finalized and shipped the next day.

  9. This may have already been said, but would it be that costly for CGC to place the slabs in individual sleeves before putting them in the box? Sleeves are literally a penny each. Every single time, the slabs are covered in dust and brown particles from the box. It's very disappointing every single time I get a submission back that I have to clean the slabs with a micro-fiber cloth.

  10. I've noticed that basically none of their "glitches" are ever rectified. I've had several submissions where the link to tracking information did not populate. I've also had multiple submissions that were missing images of the cards and, after contacting customer support, I was told they would eventually show up, although they never have. Several of my submissions also have weird characters added to the names of the cards and now the glitch with the submission statuses. It seems like there's always some issue going on.

  12. Express submissions are the most confusing for me. My last two express submissions have gone well over the listed TAT's and yet, they still dropped the estimate recently from 12 days to 7 days. I currently have an Express submission received 6/23, which is still in Grading/QC, which means it's already over the 7 day TAT. I just don't understand it.

    They are supposed to but my last two submissions there were no images because apparently they were having issues uploading them. That was probably a month ago and they still haven’t been uploaded. So yes, they are taking photographs but you still might not be able to see them and there’s nothing CGC can do about it, apparently.

    Well I’ve told customer service about both submissions that are affected and neither one has been fixed so I hope to see correct labels when they are images. What’s the process like to return one? Hopefully they fix it and send it back to you immediately
