    The new 12-day TAT for Express is still totally off-base. My Express package was delivered 4/19, received 4/29 and is still at Grading/Quality Control

    I highly doubt that. I have a 3/26 standard submission that hasn’t been received yet. Each day’s deliveries has been taking about a week since 3/15’s massive uptick in submissions and they are still only on the week of 3/22

    It’s mostly for tiers below Express. I have an express submission that was delivered May 7 that hasn’t yet been received though.

    The centering sub-grade I don’t think matters much at all. For example: By the way, this card was resubmitted to PSA and was regraded 6.5. I have lost faith in CGC’s strict grading. Won’t be submitting any other cards with them.

    Anyone concerned about the value of their cards decreasing while waiting months for grading? I’ve already noticed a marked decrease in value in some cards (Charizard Base Set for example) from cards that sold just a month ago. Just wondering as I’m more of a seller than collector.

    It's unconscionable that CGC didn't extend Customer Service hours today to assist people. Clearly, CGC should be operating on an extended schedule everyday to get through these orders.

    I had major issues last night, however, I got up early in the morning (before 8am) and it worked perfectly fine and quickly. I guess that was the key but I feel bad for everyone frantically trying to complete their orders now.

    I have a 3/15 package not received yet. Which is very strange considering they are on week 3 of opening packages for 3/15

    They really should be updating their turn around times daily, if not weekly, including their receiving time. I’ve been waiting over 30 business days for a package to be received when I was told just a couple weeks ago that receiving takes 10-20 business days. Every time I call customer service they say “Wait a couple more days”
