  1. I could give you an overview of my life story. That should cheer you up a little bit.
  2. ACG'sMy Romantic Adventures VG/F (Q) Detached bottom staple. $5 Very nice appearing book outside of the staple.
  3. First, I want to apologize if anyone entered the thread thinking there would be a bunch of great books in it. What I actually meant was that after seeing these books, you will feel much better about what you already own! There will be some really drektacular books in here. I'm sorry if you feel misled. That being said, let's get started: Young Romance Volume 14 #1, Prize (Pre DC) VG/F $10 SOLD
  4. Rules: 1) PayPal, checks, MOs and even cash are fine. 2) Shipping will be on the buyer. Will ship USPS First class when possible, or Priority Box if weight requires. 3) Returns are fine within 14 days, but buyer pays return shipping. 4) No Bad Listers 5) Ridiculing the books is ok *6) The or a typed I'll take it, take it or clearly understood version MUST BE POSTED IN THE THREAD! I will do it for you if we are discussing a sale via PM, but it has to be posted in the thread by the buyer or me. If we agree on something via PM, and someone else takes it in the thread before you or I post the , that person gets the book. 7) Offers are welcome, especially on multiple books. 8) I'll keep the thread open for several days more than likely. I probably need to list about half a short.
  5. Too bad the title didn't make it long enough to be marketed with the song.
  6. Richard, I just ordered a few books. When choosing my address, it emptied my cart for some reason. I had to go back and add the books again, and it eventually went through to the next step. I deleted the old address, maybe that will eliminate the problem next time. It didn't let me use greggy's credit card, but I guess that's ok. After clicking past the first page, the load times were fine for me.
  7. Very nice. I look forward to seeing more of your books posted here.
  8. Great stuff. How far along are you in your quest for the Gold and Silver books? It is an incredible undertaking. Just the 7 DC titles in the Silver age is quite an undertaking. If you don’t mind me asking, what grade is your Falling in Love 99? Hoping it’s the lone 9.6.
  9. Dr. Love, do you collect Romance books into the Bronze Age, or do you stick to Gold and Silver age books?
  10. Lou, that is incredible. The finishing work is beautiful. I have to ask though, did you have a structural engineer look at the plans before installation? If those drawers are full of slabs at the capacity you gave, that's probably close to 3000 pounds in slabs alone. It looks like there are stairs just to the left, so I'm thinking this is on an upper level.
  11. It didn’t run all that long, but what about Marvel Classics Comics. I don’t think there is a single set in the registry.
  12. Sean, I can't believe you have presented a completely level headed overview of this. I can only anticipate you will now be the motor home at the end of "Race With the Devil."
  13. I don't think I've even seen Love and Marriage before.
  14. I'm not an OA collector, but I wouldn't mind having a piece of his original artwork myself.
  15. Was he right down the main aisle from you? If so, it was Gene Carpenter. If you collect Silver Age runs, he always seems to have something nice in that run. I'm a bit surprised you haven't retired off my $2 NTT 39 purchase from you though.
