  1. Did you tattoo "express" on your forehead and cut off your left hand? That is what you are supposed to do to get your cards back within the estimated express turnaround time. It's gettin' hard out here for a collector.
  2. How in the world is standard turnaround time 64 days for a standard submission as stated or estimated when it takes over 3 months to just open the package? There is mass confusion on how t.a.t's work. Do they start when the package is delivered or received? I read a press release that states it is when the delivery was accepted. Which is it and how do we get full transparency to the process. Company process' that cause community confusion is not a sustainable business model.
  3. I have a feeling they are going substitute bubble wrap with rubber wrap on your package. Just sayin'.
  4. I think the circadian rhythm of a 8 compared to that of a 9, while weighing the inertia of a 9.5 and the centrifugal force of a 10 will cause a downward negative gravitational pull causing the ink to mark a slab with a 9. I've tried and tested this method for 6 months. My, what I call, "Ink Slab Numerical Notification Theory" is sound; however, CGC hasn't verified it because they think I am crazy.
  5. I heard they hired an a new grader. You will mostly likely see your February submission 1 hour earlier than you expected. If they get crazy and hire another grader you might get it a whole day before you are expecting it. Fingers Crossed!
  6. My standard ord.....no wait bulk order was received 3/25. Well, I will talk to you all in 2022. Have a great Christmas and New Years everyone. PEACE!!
  7. I did the same thing and my package was automatically rerouted. The shipping company charged me another delivery fee for having to take it to a second location.
  8. This has been CGC business plan all along. To hire A yugioh gradeR. I wonder who the lucky pokemon gradeR is. I wish they would hire graderS.
  9. Textbook Answer. This was PSA's response as well. "We bought a bigger building." Great! I am glad we could supply enough revenue in order for you guys to make that move; However, I am always hoping to hear something along the lines of, "We evaluated the efficiency of our grading process and found if we do _______________, it will help us receive and log submissions 10 times quicker. Or, "Our staff was not prepared for the closure of PSA submissions and the subsequent carry over business. We were caught off guard and have no clue as to how we are going to take on this onslaught of submissions. We are sorry; but, it is going to be 6 to 10 months before we figure out how to meet the demand. We at CGC understand that we should have prepared for all scenarios, but we dropped the ball. Please be patient as we work on a plan to halt service on all your future submissions. Thank You."
