  1. Wow! 9.0 would be awesome. It's on it's way to CGC. Should officially know by 2022.
  2. I know this is far from Mint. Fingers crossed it's not as bad as I am thinking. Serious corner crease.
  3. It may get higher. Depends on the grader. The deep spine crease on the back and corner ding look more severe than than most.
  4. Spine tics and color breaking creases on front and back.
  5. 5.5-6.0 I'd send it in. Just depends on what your expectations. I have books like this that I want graded just to add to my graded collection. The current value for this grade is not going to be anywhere near the value if it was mint. But years from now it could be worth quite a bit.
  6. Hi, please read the guidelines. For the most accurate grading the book needs to be out of the bag. Take a photo of the front and back. Also any close up photos of any damage. Welcome to the boards!
  7. Book has a spine tic or two? A slightly soft corner.
  8. This ones really damaged by deep spine bends. Gonna humidify and press. See what happens.
  9. I saw a CGC video on this. They consider the damage as if there was no tape applied. So a tear is still a tear and it would get a restored label. If you don't want a restored label you would have to remove the tape. But be careful. You could do even more damage to the book. I'd give it a 4.0.
  10. 3 production defects. Chipped front cover on top, crease top right, and chipped bottom right. Some flaws on the back.
  11. This one has spine tics, a small tear bottom right (production?), some soft corners, tanning on the back, a tiny tear and some mystery gunk on the bottom. I don't think it's worth grading but would love another opinion.
