    This 100%

I agree with what was said above. I really think CGC should re-consider there position with JSA with these point in mind.
I also would suggest new pricing. We all know times are getting harder, and for CGC to make a power move by cutting prices would be a much needed victory coming off there latest transgressions.
    I would suggest the following:

    1. CGC Blue Label - $25 | NEW PRICE  $20
    2. CGC Sig Series - $45 | New Price $35
    3. CGC Sig Series + JSA  - $50 | New Price $30
    4. JSA Fee - $25 | New Price $10 ea. Additional Sig $5
    5. CGC Shipping - $40 | New Price $10 - $12 insured to send - Return Shipping from CGC $5
    6. CGC Handling Fee - $5 | New Price $0
    7. 1 Book $25 + 1 Sig $25 + Handling $5 + Shipping $35  = $90  | New Price $40 to $45

In conclusion Submissions for modern books Signature JSA series $40-$45 per book is a fair and reasonable price.
I also believe CGC should offer Bulk discounts when submitting 15, 20, 25, 30 and so on at a very reduced price.

I hope CGC will take this into consideration.

      Thank you for reading.

    HA !!

Look at all the POPs in the back ground.  The collectibles market is definitely going to be flooded with "signed" junk from Hugh.

It won't affect the comic book realm.   So collect what you love

Anyone else's Hugh Jackman CGC order now missing from the submission tracking tool? Last week it had reached Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging status and now it is gone. I emailed CGC this morning, but have not heard back yet.

It's not missing...you can still research it if you have the number.   The issue is that the system doesn't allow the queue to go that far back.   You're welcome.

Is it really a surprise anymore? If you hope to get your Wolverine books back in time for the big CGC signing you're SOL.

Okay so I know this is our right impossible.  If the signing takes place late April early May, it will take over four weeks to grade the books, plus additional weeks to get the CA stickers.  IF it does happen, you're looking at late June, early July before any book come back from grading.

But we know that it's not to happen....in late April or May.

They generally don’t set a date until all submissions are in because they don’t know how much time it will take until they know how many submissions there are, so they can plan for transport (if needed), staffing, room, payment, and other logistical issues.

For a big movie star (and really most celebrities), 1 hr vs 3 hrs vs 8 hrs is a huge difference in planning.

Also this is not an excuse that excuses all the delays and lack of communication

All the submissions have been sent in well ahead of the deadline.

I don't think CA ever got a hard day for the signing.

Am I reading that correctly, Sears actually drew that Thor? That's probably the best sketch I've seen and of one of my favorite characters. That's an amazing piece. I might need to save for a Sears sketch.

    Yes he did :)

  7. I'm EXTREMELY happy to announce that I have the opportunity to offer this RARE chance to offer Sketch Cover Commissions from Bob Layton.  As some of you know, Bob is currently living in South Korea, and is only planning on coming back to the States in January for a convention and will be living in Europe for the remainder of 2024.

I have been able to arrange FIVE maybe SIX FULL FIGURE with COLOR sketch cover commissions.

There's also an option for getting signatures on your books, which will also qualify for the prestigious Signature Series label.  If you have books that you want signed, PM me privately and I'll see what I can do.  However, the books HAVE TO BE SHIPPED to Korea with the blanks.

The cost for the FULL FIGURE COMMISSION of your character choice is $600 each.  This includes shipping to Korea, CGC Grading and Encapsulation, and return shipping to you.

Estimated Turn Around Time shouldn't be longer than February, 2024.  This is to allow extra time for the books to be shipped, graded, and then shipped back to you, the customer.

I cannot hold any graded books for international shipping, unless you've made private arrangements with me.

I have PLENTY of blanks, to include:

Iron Man, Captain America, Spider-Man, Uncanny X-Men, XO Manowar, and a few Avengers.  These are NOT the red-border ones that we all hate.

PLEASE :takeit: here so I know who's interested.

Payment will be collected PRIOR to books being shipped to Korea.

Any questions please feel free to PM here, or if you know me, on Facebook.
