RIP Axe Elf (Robert)...while I never interacted with him directly here I enjoyed his posts.
When I first saw him pop up here (during the pandemic?) I recognized his board name because he used the same name on a fantasy football message board I've frequented over the last 10+ years. He had a polarizing yet very entertaining presence on that site...it appears fantasy football and funny books go hand in hand more than I thought!

Hi everyone,
I'm offering up five CGC-graded Avengers books for sale.
Other than #14 (which I bought CGC-slabbed in 2002 and cracked out) and #20, I bought these books raw and recently had them graded, and as far as I can tell they have not been pressed (I recently picked up the #20 already graded and can't say with certainty that it's not been pressed).
I prefer to ship via domestic or international USPS Priority Mail (but am also open to USPS Ground Advantage) and charge the exact cost for shipping.
I accept PayPal, Venmo, checks, or money orders.
I don't accept returns for CGC-graded books because you know what you're getting, but if there's an issue I'll always work with you to resolve it.
The first gets the book, but I will also entertain offers via PM.
Please No probies and HOSers, and thanks for looking!

Are you going to release the unjustly imprisoned Leaguers from that plastic prison?
I used to crack every graded book I bought but have recently chosen to keep a few higher-dollar books slabbed, and this is one of them...
