Thank you for your question! Topps is the manufacturer for modern Allen & Ginter cards. There is an Allen & Ginter manufacturer that made the original cards in the 1880s.

We recommend using penny sleeves and semi-rigid holders. For your cards' safety, we recommend removing cards from magnetic, or one-touch holders. If the card is an extra thick card or a card placed in that particular holder by the manufacturer, we will accept them, but please keep in mind there is some risk in shipping cards in these types of holders. CSG sells sleeves and semi-rigid holders, and the CSG ship kit comes with CSG semi rigid and CSG penny sleeves, to order the kit visit https://shop.collectiblesgroup.com/collections/csg-supplies.

That's correct! Starting in April 2021, CSG will begin accepting submissions of cards up to 7.25 mm thick. There are a lot of resources online to determine the thickness of the card in question.

The grading credit is immediately posted to your CSG account and will be automatically applied to any fees for grading tiers, sub-grades and autograph grades. The grading credit cannot be used for other services (including CrossOver, Quick Submit, Pedigree, ReHolder and Imaging), handling fees or shipping fees.
