  1. Walking Dead #1 CGC 9.8 White $2200 BC scan available if interested. Not sure where it went.
  2. Here are my rules. Read them carefully. Your life may depend on it. Whoever works out a deal for the book first wins. If that's in the thread here, fine. If it's in a PM, fine. Whoever gets to agreement on the terms with me first, wins. Here's the rest. I will take Paypal. I will ship in the US and internationally at my cost (I will charge you what it costs me), via a method that complies with Paypal seller protection. It can get expensive quick for needing to track higher dollar books outside the US. Payment is expected within 7 days unless we work something out. If I have you on ignore, or if you are on the PL or HOS, I will not sell to you. Books are fully returnable within 7 days of your receipt. If I messed up, I will refund shipping to you. If I didn't, I'll refund the purchase price. Assume books are pressed unless stated otherwise. What else can I think of? Nothing at the moment. But the above is subject to change at any time.
  3. If I have $2M invested in something, I hope I'm not working as hard as is implied here and taking all that risk, just to make a 5% return.
  4. I'm detecting a theme in this thread and in general.
  5. The pebbling cam from being liquid cleaned (water/solvent/who knows). Between the piece fills, the reinforcing, the seals, the regloss and the ct, it's basically a repro cover. I admit, the reglossing is what threw me here. But, I'll still eat the damn thing if you want.
  6. I'll certainly pass this along @RockMyAmadeus So, interestingly, I received a 2 book shipment yesterday. The box seemed to me to be the thicker, sturdy one I am used to receiving. In addition, the slabs were slightly larger cases than the last shipment of moderns. Perhaps related to that fact, the bags were the thicker "old" variety rather than the thin, crappy ones on my last shipment of moderns.
  7. I am possibly interested in trading for a GSX #1. PM me if interested.
  8. Marvel Super-Heroes #13 CGC 7.0 Cream to Off-White $950
  9. Books are in hand. Scans will be added tonight. Marvel Super-Heroes #13 CGC 6.5 Off-White $875

  11. This. Not complaining about long term storage. That’s what Hotflips bag are for. These are bad for just taking out and reinserting them in the same bag. They’re so thin that the static makes it hard to do.
  12. Anyone else notice that the bags the slabs come in are thinner and more of a PITA to work with, than the kind they used to use? Just an observation. Welcome to Friday.
  13. And it turns out to not be the case for me. 9/10 received sub went to verified on 9/13. 9/11 on 9/14.
  14. At least now I know why packages delivered 9/10 and 9/11 haven't shown up yet. That's a little ridiculous.
  15. Everytime I see this thread, I read "Drive-By Truckers" in my head.
