  1. That doesn't right but maybe. I was thinking a Naked Gun type. Maybe Austin Powers ?
  2. Yeah - I am like @Bosco685 - not the one I am thinking of. It was a poster or standee - I want to say it was Leslie Nielsen movie. It wasn't main part of the movie - just in the background.
  3. So I am obviously older than you but believe it or not "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" scared me as a kid - yes a kid's movie because of this guy --- (side note, Benny Hill was in this movie)
  4. He was so good wasn't he. I discovered "Car 54" after the Munsters and his "Pet Sematary" small role was so memorable. He also wrote children's books. I read a few of them to my daughter when she a toddler.
  5. That reminds of some movie spoof, that shows a standee of an aged Rocky starring in Rocky 20 or something like tha. Am I dreaming that or can someone help me remember the movie?
  6. No way to replace he original in my mind. I am big Munster guy - yes Munsters trumps Addams Family. I suffered through one or two episodes of the "The Munsters Today," and I know there were a few other revamps that I never bothered with. The best thing I like about the movie teaser is keeping the original theme. Sometimes, you just need to let a classic rest. Please, "Nevermore, nevermore."
  7. yeah I have the Marvel ones and have an Addams Family and Munsters card games and I think some Universal Monsters. I did what to say in post above Sarah Jane Smith was tops a companion - Elisabeth Sladen was such a genuine person - she was a really good actress. I liked Katy Manning a lot - I thought she was perfect with Pertwee and Louise Jameson pulled off what could have been a laughable, loin-clothed character into a completely likeable, watchable character..
  8. I haven't watched Dr. Who in quite some time. I am a classic Who fan, starting like may Americans with Tom Baker, who still ranks head and shoulders above all others (with me). I struggled through the Peter Davison years (though I have come to appreciate them a bit more now). I caught some of the Baker, McCoy, McGann years but never hit with me. And from then on, I sporadically caught episodes. Matt Smith was good and after that I stopped watching entirely. I still go back and re-watch the Baker episodes and really like Pertwee and Troughton. I do appreciate Hartnell especially given when they were made. I collected some Dr. Who memorabilia during the 70s. I used play the Dr. Who Trump card game against myself. Yeah, I was a geeky nerd - watching Dr. Who, Star Trek, reading funny books.... This is mine but do still have mine somewhere but this is card game. I will dig out my other stuff and take some pics.
  9. Yeah, it works like this, Jason -- Good luck with this - sorry you are going through it
  10. I always thought the covers to 29 and 30 were cool. I really haven't looked for them but it really is a good title and I think fairly attainable if someone wanted to complete the run. I think I have a few BLBs around too.
  11. I have a copy of 44 for my spider-web collection. I have a few more. One that I have a scan handy - it is in the guys across the street slab so I cropped it And a couple of pressbooks
  12. Totally agree. I grew up in the 70s watching Bruce Lee movies. Such a cool link knowing he starting writing this show idea way back then and to have his daughter resuscitate it.
  13. There are really some great covers on some of the Don Winslows. That is a good one, Bob.
  14. It is cool - I believe the only one of the 3-D effect issues that had the white border. All the others had black borders.
  15. I wish I had a drug store that sold original comic art along with comics
  16. No problem at all - I read the shipping information in your second paragraph and did not see a cost so I assumed it was included and didn't bother to read on through the rest of the post. My bad for not reading it. Thanks and take care.
  17. Sorry, totally missed the shipping cost verbiage. It should go of course to @bluehorseshoe
