  1. It is for non slab bed, fits magazines or comics in a 775 R or M2 Thanks. Great deal on all of these. I would grab some more of the CGC boxes but I still have some left from your last special.
  2. Jeff/Charles, Are the magazine boxes for slabbed or non-slabbed mags? I'm guessing non-slabbed?
  3. Also- *Separate sale sub-forum *Starting bid *Bid increment details *Buy It Now price(if desired). If it's an auction sub-forum then I can see not having a BIN price, if it's in the regular sales forum then yes, please have BIN. 1. On the time, be sure and specify the time zone. 2. And by all means, separate category sub-forum. 3. I would like to see specifics in the title of what is being auctioned although that may be tough to do/control. 4. I hope we don't see reserve prices. 5. I agree one item (could be either a single item or a group of items to form one group). 6. I wouldn't mind limiting the total number of days an auction can run so it doesn't continue to take up real estate. 7. No mystery box auctions - item(s) needs to be specifically identified and preferably shown/described. 8. Not possible but wouldn't it be great if you can't start with "Usual Rules Apply" 9. Wish there were a way not to edit a bid. Let's say someone jumps out there on a high bid and near the end of the auction, edits/lowers their bid (hoping no one notices). We've had that happen before I believe. But I'm sure this is not possible and most likely enough folks here would notice. If someone posts a incorrect bid, it would be nice if they PM the seller and explain the reason they are changing their bid but that should happen almost immediately after they placed an erroneous bid. 10. Too many thoughts I'm sure. I wonder if I'll be able to snipe
  4. That 17 is great, Jon. I don't ever remember seeing a copy. I have a couple of raw issues of Weird and these two slabbed. So many tough books in the run. Again, great achievement.
  5. Not all restoration is viewed the same way. Trimmed books carry the worst stigma of any imo. A trimmed book will be more adversely affected than other forms of restoration..
  6. It was on last weeks Comic Book Men. You gotta admit that it is a cool book, especially if you grew up in the 70s like me. I'd like to grab a high grade copy. Superman VS Spider-man and the Superman VS ALI are very very hard to find in high grade, and not so easy in above mid-grade. I've sold a few of each in the last few years and the glue always seemed to be loosening or fully separated from the covers. They were bought by kids, read to death and bags & boards for treasury editions didn't exist. Yep - that's what I did

  8. Wow - I didn't know that. What a great book!
  9. Your collection just never ceases to amaze me, Jeff. Absolutely awesome books.
  10. Cool books, Gino. Love the Boy Comics and Silver Streak - awesome covers. You found a Banner #4. I'm still hoping to find the copy I had somewhere. Another cool book along with the MMC.
  11. Considering the strength their raw price seem to be getting, makes sense not to spend on slabbing for the majority of their offerings.
  12. Is this one from Space 1999? I think that is where I pulled that one from, Paul. The first one, John Carradine, was Lost in Space.
  13. What's this from then? Quark TV show - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0077066/ A very much unappreciated classic sci-fi comedy.
  14. When a seller sells a raw book as a 9.8, I take it with a grain of salt. Based on their scans, some of their grades certainly wouldn't match mine. They continue to get strong prices even on their raws. I have bought many slabbed books from them but have yet to buy raw. I compliment their service, shipping, packaging and offerings for sure as I have had no problems with the slabs I have won.
