  1. Just got this one back from CGC. I bought a mess of JIMs in the 80s including this one.
  2. Two greats copies of MMC #88 guys but that covers freaks me out from HT's face to Namor's head.
  3. Thanks folks. Purchased as an 8.0 via CC/Metro. I had Joey "caress" it and thought it might go 8.5 but I am happy none the less. Inching ever closer to finishing the Nedor collection.
  4. It appears that he has a Facebook page - it has an email addy listed as well. (Although I'm not sure of the protocol of using that for commission requests).
  5. Wonderful books, Doc! This was the first comic I ever bought at the tender age of eight (well bought by Mom but I picked it out and I still have my copy).
  6. Looks like he did fine. Here's a few that I just got back that were real losers:
  7. Back from CGC today. Some of the BA books, I purchased off the stands.
  8. Good gravy, Doc - awesome books. I love the Denver Hit -
  9. Wow, Michael - nice books A little bit of everything in there. I have always liked the Vess cover to Web of Spidey #1.
  10. Great - looking forward to meeting you. Weirdpaper (Roger) will be there too. Same weekend as WW Austin - cool that Richard is coming to OKC.
  11. Definitely Down Memory Lane - great store. I think of it every Time I drive by where it was in OKC. And visited the Norman stores when I was attending college at OU in mod-80s. I don't remember Mad-Dog though. Bart still has Atomik Pop bookstore in Norman I think. I'll be at OAF this year.
  12. DM I've been meaning to ask you if you remember a bookstore called Lutes in South OKC? We used to drive across town to it - they had wooden square bookcases lined from floor to ceiling if I remember correctly with scads of old comics. Not always the best condition but tons of stuff. A few higher end books were kept in a glass showcase up front.
  13. Stunning - you deserve a few dozen Scooby Snacks for that one
  14. But where's Buster Crabbe #5? I don't have one. That book is a little tough to find in grade. Besides Alanna had already posted a pretty one. Alanna's books are and yes his Crabbe #5 is Very Nice! I love that book. A couple of books on my infinite want list are Buster Crabbe 5 and Beware 10. Unfortunately I don't think a nice copy of the Beware will pop up any time soon. I used to own a vg copy and that's still the nicest copy I've ever seen! A truly tough book. Doesn't Billy have a copy? And Michael and Richard - even without that book, your books are still
