KirbyJack
I consider the start of Tales of Asgard to be a significant step towards the greatness this title would achieve. I vastly prefer the “big-stage”, all Thor stories to the secret identity, will-Jane-ever-know-etc. stuff that frankly, was done better almost everywhere else. Props to JIM 97! namisgr and gunsmokin

Agreed- the whole “soap opera” with Jane was lame but admittedly, I didn’t care when I was far younger. Kirby’s Tales of Asgard is epic and is ALL Kirby. Tales of Asgard reminds me of Kirby’s Rawhide Kid run. Felt like pure, untampered Kirby. Same with PHM books. Popular Post KirbyJack
Yes he was. In my view, the single most impactful creator ever to work in the medium. His contributions are without equal. Lee Enterprises
Jack Kirby...what a legend. I'm sure when all these characters from Captain America to FF to Thor and all the rest were first created and drawn, he could not have imagined the impact they would have on the world. To think that these artists were originally doing all this for work (and their love of storytelling and drawing, of course) to provide for themselves and their families...unbelievable.
