2nd printing separate slot request

I am sorry, but I can not get past the fact that "most" second printings are just doctored up reworkings of the same cover art. I have no problem with variants and (substantially different) alternate covers. They are not the same as a second print. They are first prints with different cover art. You can put lipstick op a pig, but it's still a pig. I say this not to hurt anyone's feelings or to belittle the hard work they have put forth in securing their prized items of comicdom.

Actually, I just saw how the thread was going and I tend to have a way with words at times :blahblah: , and once I get on a roll, it just starts flowing like a stream of :censored: out of my mouth. I just couldn't resist... Also I am in your corner on the reprint/variant issue (worship)

Would someone please explain the lack of photos in the registry sets? :signofftopic: I try an put photos and descriptions on almost every one of mine, but I see many of the others definetly rule in the scores category, but there are some tmes that I would love to just see the examples of these books that garner these awesome grades... you know? Or is it just wasted time.... I believe they also award "Best Presented", or has that changed?
