nah. 8.0. maybe 8.5.

 

book looks like it took a fall and landed on the bottom left corner, leaving a nice non colour breaking (NCB) crease in the upc box. damage is reflected on the back cover as well. this probably carries through the whole book. wouldn't surprise me if there was another NCB or two that the scan doesn't show

Yep, major impact dent going on there. 8.0 might be generous with all the other "small defects" the book shows.
