I think I see a few nicks on the spine in the white to keep it from 9.6 but I can't be sure.

Yes, I agree 9.4, maybe 9.2, the back cover has some stress lines that could be stronger than the scan shows.

No spine stress, but just a very slight touch of wear on front top left corner (as can be seen in scan). Also, book is actually whiter then presented in the scans (my scanner sucks). I personally think 9.6 (and no lower then 9.4).
