Even with the bad, in my opinion there is so much good goin on I would give it a 6.0

There is more wear or scuffing on this book than I first thought. Mark through Thor's leg. Looks lie a upside down T. Above this mark as well is a bit of a mark. Plus another mark above that.. Plus the LFRC Crease. Plus all the other little stuff. A 4.5 that looks better than it is IMHO

I'm leaning towards a 5.0 due to the BIG cover crease and minor tears. Overall it's still a very nice looking book.

I'm pretty sure I sold that same copy on ebay a few years ago (same big phat crease and spine split on the bottom) and I'm pretty sure I gave it a 5.0 at the time.

I have to disagree with all of you on this one. The spine split and major crease prevents it from topping a 4.0.
