3.5 to me the spine is just too chewed up for full VG

i agree with ACES here, primarily because of all the water spotting on the upper edge FC, coupled with the more obvious creases and general spine wear.

 

having said that, it's got nice colors and presents pretty decently................always loved this book for some reason............

I am in the 3.5 camp as well. Hard to downgrade accurately for those water spots from a scan.

 

But I think 3.5 is a safe grade, and 4.0 feasible if the BC is not worse then the front, pencil mark aside. But 4.0 is pushing it imho.

 

No hatin here either Dan, just grading what I see. And was wondering if all these OO books have similar water/spotting damage or just these 2?
