Are you sure you're not thinking of New Mutants #100? That had 3 printings.

 

Uncanny X-men #275 seems to only have two versions... the red logo and the gold logo #275

It depends on what one consider 3rd printing. This is what I know -

 

- 1st print with gatefold cover. Newstand edition and direct edition

- 2nd print. Gold logo. Direct edition only.

- Marvel Milestone edition.The cover shows 275 with a marble border and the Marvel Milestone edition.

Superman 75 and NM 100 are the only issues from that era that I remember having more then 2 printings (Killing Joke also)

 

I think Superman had 6 and Killing Joke had 8--only 3 on the NM 100 (reg, gold and silver)
