Relatively speaking, this copy has little chipping. For some reason , FF 13 is notorious for really bad chipping and having dingy, gray color. This copy is relatively bright with good color... it actually still looks blue instead of gray!

I'm thinking 4.0 at best. those are two fairly significant chunks that are missing and there are numerous tears on the BC.

for some reason this one was the worst among my FF run from 1-35.
