 out of the three books I sent to get signed by Lily Renee two of them came back as restored! Although I did get one Fight Comics back as a 7.5 which makes up for the two restored.

I didn't realize Ms. Rene did restoration without consent.

You should call her and tell her to cut it out!

My analysis site has also been updated. (thumbs u

Here's the normal "stats page" that I point out:

http://www.gregholland.com/cgc/stats.asp

As you can see, CGC crossed the 1,000,000 slabs mark

(already reported: http://www.cgccomics.com/news/viewarticle.asp?IDArticle=904 )

I'll draw your attention to the "Top All-Time Submissions" list,

which has seen Wolverine Limited Series #1 (1982) at the top for years...

http://www.gregholland.com/cgc/TopCGCSubmissions.asp

Amazing Spider-man #300 has closed the gap to only four submissions.

1982 - Wolverine Limited Series 1 - 4,385 submissions

1988 - Amazing Spider-Man 300 - 4,381 submissions

If the trend continues, CGC will have a "new leader" among the issues they've seen most often.

(If it hasn't happened already, since the 11/12/2007 update)

There are lots of interesting lists on that page, so be sure to scroll down for more info.

Other "news of note" this update...

- Two copies of Watchmen #3 (1986) identified as CGC 9.9 condition in the past month.

- X-Men #55 (1969) has finally received a CGC 9.8 grade after 168 submissions

- Four "new highest grades" for issues from the 1930s were identified:

Ace Comics 23 (1939) - Current: 5.5 - Previous: 2.0 - (2 all-time submissions)

Action Comics 7 (1938) - Current: 8.0 - Previous: 7.0 - (16 all-time submissions)

Popular Comics 1 (1936) - Current: 4.0 - Previous: 3.5 - (7 all-time submissions)

Super Comics 3 (1938) - Current: 7.5 - Previous: 6.0 - (2 all-time submissions)

- Despite nearly 5,000 submissions for Captain America #25 (and its variants) this year,

the year 2007 appears to be about 6,000 submissions lower than the 2006 pace.

(Perhaps the trend for slabbing "last week's comics" has peaked and is now falling.)
