The only issues I am seeing are the FC top right and bottom right corners.

I'm curious. Is it typical for a whole run of a given comic to be misaligned?

Wouldn't it be possible there's an anomaly with the book "wrapper"(), say every for every 5-10 books, one comes out a miswrap?

I'd probably go a bit lower for the outer cover though. Is that staining on the spine, or just dirt?

Its possible I guess, but I have seen over 50 copies of that book from mid-grade up and out of all those I saw maybe 2 that were close to being nicely centered. One I bought that actually graded out at a 9.4 but I was never happy with the centering and eventually sold it.
