I would even add #123 to that list. I rarely see higher grade copies up for sale and even mid-grade seems to get scooped up quickly.

Not the copy I bought off the rack, but picked up as an upgrade about 25 years ago at my local comic shop, when they'd just gotten in a small early bronze age collection in pristine shape.  I think they charged two times Overstreet guide for the nicest books.  I also picked up a sweet copy of #104 with it.  Had them slabbed by CGC at one of the Philly Comic Conventions where they did on-site grading.
