Here's a great book I got from the Secret Santa gifts. I have my guess but I think these are always a challenge in terms of production issues. What do you think? (I think it was a great gift! lol )

What's up with the BC? It looks like the waviness may be from water damage?

 

It's a production defect common in many of these giant sized, square-bound books, but frankly, I'm not sure how much it effects the grade, anyone care to fill me in on that? hm

You are partially correct - it is a production defect that does not affect the grade. :grin: The extent of which on this copy will have no impact whatsoever on its grade. :sumo:

Thanks for the input. I wasn't 100% sure about the waviness affect on the grade. But if Divad says it doesn't, that's grading gospel for me. lol

 

Oh, and this one won't have a new home any year soon. It's found it's destination. lol
