Thanks! I don't collect Iron Man anymore but that is my favorite comic ever! Well with the diet, it's a long story. Here's the short version: I am working out 5 nights a week and eating 6 meals a day. Unfortunately I have an overactive thyroid and lost about 40 lbs in one month. It's stabilized now and am up to 187 lbs, but my body burns calories about twice as fast as the normal person. I want to get to 220 lbs and take up amateur fighting. I have to eat that much to just maintain and gain weight.

I have the same problem. I weigh about 100 pounds right now.

Wow this will be terribly difficult as I have trained intensly before. The bathroom wil be used quite often with that much intake of food as well. Also if it is high protein diet :sick: the smell alone will be dangerous lol good luck and why 220 lbs may I ask? 199-205 is optimal fighting weight in my opinion. (thumbs u unfortunatley I have balloned to 240 :boo:lol sorry for the derail
