Or you can just go to comiclink in the OA section and sort by highest price.

It's a great page from ASM #32 where Spidey gets trapped under the rubble.

Asking price? 37.5K

Considering what Roger Clark's ASM page went for - who knows what's reasonable.

Will be interesting to watch...

It's a very nice page, but $37.5K? That would be tops for a non-villain panel page so far as I know. It's splashy, but that's about all it has going for it, imho. No villain, no major content. Will Gabri-El is selling this early fight page for $38.5K:

Roger's page sold for $19,750, which I suppose in the overall context, was a good price.

ComicLink just added a Ditko Spidey to their upcoming auction:

Not as action-packed or splashy as their other page, but I find it much more interesting for content and for that reason, like it a whole lot better.

Josh has done a nice job of attracting some very high-profile Ditko art to his site and auctions. The ASM 32 page is just a stunner, from one of (if not THE) most memorable ASM story arcs of all time. The ASM 18 page is a wonderful example of Ditko lines, characters, and facial expressions with a little action in the early panels. Who wouldn't want a page of Sandman with those sand-sledgehammer fists? I'm surprised they didn't put it up for sale right at the height of the ASM3 movie hype.

Which brings me to my ramblin' point. We're seeing some high-quality Ditko pages coming out of the woodwork now that prices are through the roof. I will be very interested to see if these pages sell near the asking price (or expected auction price) given the current economy. If enough people took Gene's advice and bought Gold when it was $400/ounce then sure they can afford Ditko  If you had your money in Citibank, you're screwed and will probably be selling your own art pretty soon in order to pay the kids' college tuitions.

Will the Ditko market hold? (shrug)

hm I think it will. Now, who wants to buy some krugerrands? lol:P
