Make sure you store it horizontally.

There's already minor slab damage at the bottom!

I didn't notice that...I'll go back and check that out...I just ordered all new boxes from HotFlips and re-boxed everything...thanks for the tip...

Before the Slab Damage I'd go 9.2 After 8.5............

 

I went back and looked at the book and don't see any "slab damage"...is it being suggested that the actual encapsulation of the book has in fact caused damage to the book...there is a sortof offset that is very slight and is actually a bit of an optical illusion I think...anyways, it looks to me like its just the nature/cut of the original book...has me a bit curious now though...(?) (shrug)
