They can stop any auction for any reason. The real question is will they stop it?

Last I heard, eBay was still claiming that fraud affected only .5% of its auctions... but when you're talking about 9 million auctions ending every day, it still adds up to a lot of bogus sales. And it seems like just about all of 'em occur in the Comic Book categories...
