I am curious about the Visions 1. I just sold one and it was signed and numbered on inside. Overstreet does not mention they are all signed+ numbered, but maybe they are? Is this one?

Yes, it's signed and numbered 578 of 1000 and it's signed by Lamar Waldron and Robert Burden. This is the first appearance of the Flaming Carrot and Visions 2 is the second appearance.
